Really loved our stay in Pullman. Our concierge, Anoop, was very well informed and helpful. The hotel car had Mr Agha as driver who knew all the places and recommended us the best places to eat and visit. Overall great experience!! Fully recommend this place

Great service. Moetaz assisted by Jeff at the reception was exceptional. Donna was also quite accommodative. Room service by Ngugi was apt and great. No complaints whatsoever. My stay was devoid of disappointment. I sincerely appreciate the work that each member of their team puts in to keep guests satisfied.

Perfect hotel for my solo stay. Welcomed as an Accor silver member and even had a chocolate box delivered to my room 5 minutes after checking in, and a welcome card with my name on it, Awesome. Got a creek view room, loved it. Loved the ease in getting to the mall, a separate clear lift l, and you are inside the mall❤️ The ream is very welcoming, solved an issue i had with my points payment with ease. Lets not talk about the breakfast, apart from the serious looking supervisor at the Restaurant who couldn't find my name on the list on my second day, the breakfast variety and quality was unmatched. Top class. Loved my stay.

Great place, excellent restaurant services. House keeping was super. Dushmantha will always great you with a smile and wish you well. Conference facility was good Except temp was too cold at times but in all good experience. It’ll be great if guest that control themselves but in all I’ll come again.

Motaz at the reception was absolutely phenomenal! Made our stay beyond comfortable! Very professional and friendly! The rooms were super clean and service was top notch! They porters were helpful finding taxis and very efficient! Thank you!
